Business Analyst with experience in logistics, project management, stakeholder coordination, and data analytics. Skilled in Power BI, Excel, cross-functional execution, and process improvement.
I'm Ayusi Priyadarshini, a Business Analyst-Projects at DTDC with a background in Business Analytics (MBA, Lovely Professional University) and Electrical Engineering (B.Tech, BPUT).
My work is centered on running cross-functional logistics and operations projects — right now that includes leading a 21-state last-mile delivery rollout with India Post, where I grew monthly project revenue over 100x and presented outcomes directly to DTDC's CEO and India Post's leadership within my first year on it. Day to day, I use Power BI and Excel-based MIS to keep a 5,200+ franchise network visible and on track.
And I separately am A SPOC for vendor onboarding for the North Zone, where I deal with external and internal vendor including their entire documentation process from agreement's digital signatures to finally getting them their vendor code.
I'm drawn to problems where operations and data meet, where fixing a process or building the right dashboard actually moves a number that matters.

The India Post × DTDC project is a last-mile delivery initiative I've been leading since December 2025, aimed at extending serviceable delivery coverage across India. It spans 21 states and has made 8,000+ previously non-serviceable pin codes serviceable, involving close coordination with Operations, Supply Chain and regional teams across 7 locations to handle shipment execution, dispatch tracking and issue resolution on the ground. Since taking ownership of the project, I grew its monthly revenue from ₹1.67 L to ₹177.8 L — over 100x growth. Within the first year, I presented project outcomes directly to DTDC's CEO and senior stakeholders, as well as India Post's AGM & GMs, and the initiative was featured in the national press release announcing the India Post–DTDC MOU signing.
